**Refund Policy:**
– Refunds are applicable for purchases made within the last 30 days from the date of payment.
– To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made within 30 days of the payment date.
– Refunds are applicable only for tickets purchased through our website.
– To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email at [support@chandusbox.com](mailto:support@chandusbox.com) within the 30-day period from the date of payment. Please provide your order details and the reason for your refund request.
– Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment within [7] business days.

– The content, design, and graphics on this website are owned by Chandusbox and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content from this website without prior written consent.

**Limitation of Liability:**
– Chandusbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this website.

**Prohibited Activities:**
– We do NOT provide any movie/OTT accounts. We will do the setup using your OTT accounts/downloaded content.
– Smoking/Drinking is NOT allowed inside the theater.
– Party poppers/Snow sprays/Cold Fire, and any other similar items are strictly prohibited inside the theater.
– Pets are strictly not allowed inside the theater.

**Damage and Cleanliness:**
– Any DAMAGE caused to the theater, including decorative materials like balloons, lights, etc., will have to be reimbursed.
– Guests are requested to maintain CLEANLINESS inside the theater.

**Entry Requirements:**
– Carrying AADHAAR CARD is mandatory. It will be scanned during entry.
– Couples under 18 years of age are not allowed to book the theater.

**Governing Law:**
– These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

**Changes to Terms:**
